Reginia (Regana) McKinney-McGee started the journey of writing Introspection back in 1999. God had awakened her stating she needed to write a book and gave the word Introspection. After looking up the word, Regana began writing. Writing Introspection was a process filled with tears, laughter and most important, healing during the mourning of her mother’s death. Regana hopes to help others who are on the same or similar journey as Introspection’s main character, Gina Phillips.
Gina’s issues are real and happen every day, but a lot of the time people feel they can’t speak of them. Introspection can help others have the courage to speak up about what is happening in their lives and minds.
